With 25 years of teaching experience, Santhosh has a deep passion for yoga and a commitment to guiding students on their personal journey of balance and wellbeing. In India, he taught at a school where he also trained new yoga instructors, following the traditional mentorship method. Since moving to Australia in 2010, Santhosh has conducted classes nationwide, sharing his expertise and inspiring students of all levels. His holistic approach integrates breath work, mindful movement, meditation, and body alignment, helping students experience the transformative benefits of yoga for both mind and body.
