Panchami Santhosh

Masters in Counselling, Registered level 3 counsellor with ACA.

Pan is a dedicated counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling and more than 15 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse in Australia. Her background spans emergency, surgical, psychiatric, paediatric, and community health, giving her a deep understanding of how emotional stress and trauma can express themselves physically.

With strong insight into psychosomatic patterns, Pan supports clients in exploring the connection between mind and body as part of an integrated healing process. As a long-term practitioner of yoga and meditation, she brings a genuinely holistic approach to mental health, recognising the interplay between physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and personal life experiences.

Pan draws on evidence-based therapies and tailors each session to the individual, offering a personalised and compassionate pathway toward healing, clarity, and personal growth.

Santhosh Kundathra

Over 30 years of guiding and mentoring future yoga practitioners and teachers.

With 25 years of teaching experience, Santhosh brings a deep passion for yoga and a dedicated commitment to supporting students on their journey toward balance and wellbeing. In India, he taught at a school where he also mentored and trained new yoga instructors through traditional, lineage-based methods.

Since relocating to Australia in 2010, Santhosh has led classes across the country, sharing his expertise with students of all ages and experience levels. His holistic approach blends breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and body alignment, helping students experience yoga’s transformative impact on both mind and body.

Santhosh invites you to explore yoga as a path to clarity, strength, and inner calm under his thoughtful and grounded guidance.

First 10 -15 minute consultation for free if needed

Our office is conveniently located in Rochedale South, 20 minutes from the Brisbane CBD. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with teletherapy and online sessions.

Teletherapy entails anonymous counselling sessions where clients can choose whether they want to disclose their names, face and other information they do not feel comfortable sharing.
