Pan is a dedicated counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling and over 15 years of experience as a registered nurse in Australia. Her clinical career spans emergency, surgical, psychiatric, paediatric, and community health settings. With a strong awareness of psychosomatic patterns, Pan understands how emotional stress and trauma can manifest in the body, and supports clients in exploring these connections as part of a meaningful and integrated healing journey. Alongside this, she is a long-term practitioner of yoga and meditation. This unique combination enables her to approach mental health with a genuinely holistic lens, recognising the deep interconnectedness between physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and personal life experience.
